I’m an old person with old person problems; and have not flown for many years. Was helped generously by Rosie. I’m sure she spent 3-4 hours with me on the phone over 4 days. She never showed the slightest impatience. She returned calls with alacrity. She called once in her first follow up - did not keep bothering me. I highly recommend this firm.
