I received my HTV DTF D2 printer with no damage to the box but to my surprise the equipment was damaged. Front tray dented. Left side of unit 2 dents and the metal pole that holds the paper in the rear could not install screws as holes were stripped and the paper kept sliding to one side as it was printing. Totally unacceptable for a high priced equipment. Believe it or not they offered me a credit of $50. I want a full refund as I purchased a new piece of equipment not refurbished.
