Avoid this company!!
Avoid this company!!! I purchased their deco 6E wireless router product on March 31, 2026, and one of the 3 units was defective out of the box. They sent me to tech after tech, after tech, trying to "resolve" the problem while it was clear to anybody with a brain that the unit did NOT work. Finally, after months of dealing with support, they sent a shipping label to return the unit, which I did. Today (August 10, 2026), they informed me that they never received the unit and are unable to replace the defective product. The two working units are not that great and can barely provide wireless to the first floor of our 2700 square foot home, and they do not provide service to the 2nd floor. TODAY, I purchased a Netgear unit and plan to set the deco units on fire, take a picture, and return to their support team. In addition, I understand the US government is investigating TP Link over national security risks and potential Chinese influence.
