I have been with JIFU and have built a sizable downline, so I am speaking from firsthand experience. My biggest concern is that the company seems far more focused on collecting monthly membership fees than providing quality service. To make matters worse, they increased the membership fee without, in my opinion, making any meaningful improvements to customer service or the value members receive. Customer support has been consistently disappointing. One of my downlines had her account locked almost every month immediately after her payment was processed up to last month (June 2026) Each time, I had to contact support to get her account reactivated. This became a recurring issue that should never have happened to a paying member. My own experience was even more disappointing. I redeemed one of JIFU's "vacation vouchers" for a trip to the Dominican Republic with my two minor children. Although my children were included in the voucher, I still paid additional costs for them. On the day of travel, we encountered significant flight delays and repeated rescheduling. It eventually became clear that we would not be able to travel that day. As a paying JIFU member, I called customer service to explain the situation and ask what options were available. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I found the representative to be rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. At a time when I was already dealing with the stress of delayed and canceled flights while traveling with two children, the conversation only added to my frustration. I ended the call because I didn't want the situation to escalate further or cause me to react out of character. Ultimately, we had to cancel the trip. I lost the vacation voucher and approximately $500 that I had already paid. What made the experience even more heartbreaking was seeing my daughter cry when it became obvious that our long-planned trip to the Dominican Republic was not going to happen. Thankfully, the airline treated us professionally and refunded my airfare. Ironically, the airline—which wasn't collecting a monthly membership fee from me—provided far better customer service than the company I had been faithfully paying every month. I had to make it up to my children, especially my daughter, by planning another vacation. Although we eventually created wonderful memories together, it came at an additional expense that I had never planned to incur. I couldn't help but think that the disappointment, stress, and financial loss from the previous year's canceled trip could have been reduced if JIFU had simply provided the level of customer care I expected as a paying member. Reaching member services has also been extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered, and the live chat has been equally unhelpful. As for the advertised "free" benefits and vacation vouchers, don't be misled. In my experience, nothing is truly free, and I have often found better travel deals by booking independently than through JIFU's offers. Overall, my experience with JIFU has been one of recurring account issues, poor customer service, and benefits that did not live up to the company's marketing. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the membership.I had to call some of my downlines to apologize for bringing them on board. I believe paying members deserve far better service, better communication, and genuine support when problems arise.
