Unwanted Shipments and still being charged
I signed up for a trial and after receiving the first box, I immediately canceled all future shipments. Upon canceling it also cleared out any order history that I had. Therefore, the next two weeks I was sent shipments that I did not order and I was charged for both of these, but because it cleared out the history, Hungry route would not refund my money. To this day, I cannot go back in and find where I ordered the first shipment or second shipment, I have no email confirmations, ordering any of the shipments yet I still got charged for them. UPDATE:Hungryroot made right and issued me a partial refund. I’m okay with that as after some investigation, the error was in an email address typo.
