Never Arrived. Never Notified. Never Again.
Ordered over $250 worth of products in May and never received a single item. Tapstitch lost the package, never reached out to notify me, and made no attempt to locate or reship the order. Months passed before I was simply offered a refund — no explanation, no accountability, no effort to make it right. For a print-on-demand service, the product means nothing if it never arrives and the customer has to chase down what happened. I would not order from Tapstitch again.
