Customer Service is Top Notch
I purchased a 10 Year Hoodie back in 2022 and it was the most loved item in my closet (in the unlikely event it ever was on a coat hanger) I wore it to death and Huckberry Customer Service stepped up when they saw it was not repairable and made sure I got a fair resolution to the warranty agreement which was more generous than I would have expected from any company. I have confidence in them and their products two-fold now.
