Medication was expired and customer service is awful
Semaglutide is definitely ineffective and does not give the expected results, even for compounded, compared to medications from other providers. If you research the pharmacies they use, you will see they have a history of providing ineffective medications across the board. In my second month, the semaglutide shipped to me by the pharmacy had a “discard by” date that was only 2 weeks away aka I would not be able to get the full usage of it before it expired. Fridays support told me I needed to talk to a provider before I could receive a replacement. I secured an appointment time…and the provider never called. No notification that they weren’t going to make it/needed to reschedule, just ghosted. A week has passed with emails + phone calls to support every day and they continued to tell me no appointments are available, but they’re unable to help me with my medication until I have an appointment. Their support (bots) are absolutely useless, and even if you call the phone number for support, the people you reach are not any better. I now have medication that I cannot take, cannot get replaced, and they “don’t issue refunds”. Such a waste of time and money that will now need to be disputed with the credit card company if I continue to not receive the medication I’ve already paid for. Avoid them and go with someone else, there are SO many other options and despite how their ads come across, their pricing is not competitive. Update: it’s been a month since I reached out for time with a provider and they STILL have not been able to “find” an appointment. Reading other reviews, this is unfortunately not uncommon. So much for access to providers being a perk of using them as a platform.
