Great service and product
I was very hesitant which reseller to choose to get my Maxita embossing machine. It’s indeed an investment and we don’t want to get it wrong. The sales service was absolutely excellent per email (Alan). The bundle offers are great, including the custom logo (x2) offer is definitely worth it (and fast). The letter font I chose was out of stock and Alan informed me quickly and offered me options and solutions right away. The packaging was good, the delivery was smooth. I highly recommend this store.
