We waited 45 days for our purchase of underwear to arrive. After wearing the underwear for 19 days, they became unwearable. The seam irritated the penis so much that vasaline needed to be applied twice a day. Thats fine, that they didn't work. This is not the issue. The problem is that the company says after 14 days they can help us. Not replying to my email. We spent over $200, and have had nothing but trouble from this company. Zero customer service. Absolutely terrible to treat people this way.
