Do not order from Joyfball — ordered 27 June, still no product, no communication
I ordered two football jerseys from Joyfball on 27 June 2026 (Order RKL45952), and payment was taken in full immediately. After the order confirmation email, I heard nothing — no dispatch notice, no tracking, no updates of any kind. After 10 days of silence, I sent a formal written complaint asking for either tracking information or a full refund within 3 business days. The only response I received, over a week later, was a generic one-line message blaming "World Cup order volumes" — no tracking, no refund, no real engagement with my complaint at all. Based on my own experience and the pattern I've since seen in other reviews here, I'd strongly recommend against ordering from this company. If you've already paid and are waiting on an order, I'd suggest contacting your bank about a chargeback sooner rather than later. Order number: RKL45952
