I've been waiting on customer support to respond to my question about an issue i have with a recent purchase. I sent 3 emails with no follow ups and a chat bot request that never responded. This is terrible service from an online brand. I've purchased in the past and this is giving me great pause to purchase again if I don;t feel there is basic and proper support.
