This was the most terrible booking I have ever experienced, this company is a fraud, they sell airline tickets and do send you the ticket information. athey took my money and when I called to cancel they refused to give me my money back and told me I should've booked with them and if I choosed to still travel through them that I can't take any luggage because I only purchased the basic tickets and in order to travel with luggage I have to pay them an extra 400.00 dollars, so be aware purchasing through this company. Josh was very rude and sarcastic and they are not accredited with BBB (Better Business Bureau). He went as far as to say to me "do not take any luggage or the airline will not acknowledge your tickets so just buy clothes when you get to the island") how is that great customer service. I will be handle this with the authorities and legal action. They blocked my number so that I cannot call about the tickets and or my refund, also they wanted me to pay them 198.00 to get my refund and when I said take it out the 798.00 I purchased for the tickets he said NO he can't do that and that he will take it off my card I purchased the tickets with. That will be stealing money from me as they already did. I will be going to small claims court.
