This is the second time I have contacted Tuttio’s customer support on behalf of my grandson. Each time, I explained the issue in detail and provided as much technical information as possible. Tuttio’s customer support always responds within one business day. In each case, Tuttio helped us with fixing the issues we experienced, honored the warranty, and provided replacement part needed at no charge. The customer service staff is easy to work with.
