Frustrating experience
Frustrating experience – Spent hours with support and still have an invalid SIM Avoid the headache. I bought this plan thinking it would be a simple and easy activation process, but it has been far from that. I’ve spent almost 3 hours across more than 3 separate calls to customer service trying to get my activation codes and get the service running. Despite all that time, I still have no answers and the SIM card absolutely refuses to work. I even tried inserting it into two different unlocked, VoLTE-compatible phones to isolate the issue, and both just say "invalid SIM/invalid card." I reached out to their support team directly to give them a chance to fix this before posting a review, but they did absolutely nothing to help solve the actual problem. Please be aware before ordering from this company—it is highly problematic. If they want to make this right, they can reach out to me, actually help solve the issue, and I would be happy to remove this review.
