I am very happy with the service provided by Frank (Customer service team member) for guiding and helped me to change the esim from old device to new device. there was a struggle with me over the app and hence frank was able to find the issue and escalated to the internal team which solved the issue. now I am able to use the new device by enabled the esim in it. Once again thank you very much. Also infimobile is having good offers and signal quality in most places.
