Unauthorized charges after cancellation — active FTC/DOJ case

Do not do business with this company. I signed up in January 2026 for what was advertised on their sales page as a $249 one-time purchase of a 30-capsule "oral tirzepatide" product. The page explicitly stated "One-time payment in full" and "No additional costs." Nothing disclosed any bundle, membership, or subscription. On the same day, Zealthy also charged my card an additional $615 that I never authorized and was never shown at checkout. I only discovered that charge months later when my credit card's fraud department flagged two later unauthorized charges of $349 each. I cancelled by phone shortly after receiving the January shipment. The rep confirmed verbally, but I never got the promised confirmation email. Their online cancellation portal was broken — every attempt looped me back to a reorder screen. I followed up in writing. Despite all of this, they billed me $349 in April and $349 in May, appearing under multiple merchant names (ROEN HEALTH, V*FITRX, Zealthy). Their BBB response tried to reframe the January charges as a "three-month bundled membership" — directly contradicted by the actual sales page. In the same response, they finally confirmed my subscription is cancelled, but refuse to refund any disputed charges. Buyer beware: this company is the subject of an active FTC/DOJ enforcement action (United States v. Robertson et al.) for exactly this pattern — undisclosed subscriptions, unauthorized charges, broken cancellation. FDA has issued two warning letters (Sept 2025, Feb 2026) about false claims regarding their compounded drug products. BBB shows 2,434 complaints. I am pursuing refunds through Chase, the FTC (Report #202410533), and my state attorney general.
