Paid USD 285, Requested Immediate Assistance, Never Received a Human Response
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so that other travelers can make an informed decision. On June 27, 2026, I paid USD 285 on Travel Smart Travel Fast while applying for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). At the time of payment, I genuinely believed I was using an official platform related to Thailand's entry requirements. Only after completing the transaction did I realize that this was a private third-party service charging a substantial fee. As soon as I discovered this, I contacted customer support and requested a refund. I was not asking weeks later—I contacted them immediately after realizing what had happened. The AI support agent informed me that my case would be escalated to a human representative and assured me that "our team will be with you shortly." I appreciated that response and waited in good faith. Unfortunately, several days have now passed without any response from a human representative despite that promise. I have sent follow-up messages, but they have remained unanswered. I also requested a detailed explanation of the charges, including the "government processing fees" mentioned in their response, but I have not received any clarification or supporting documentation. At this point, my biggest concern is no longer just the payment itself—it is the complete lack of communication after I was explicitly told that someone would contact me. I still hope this company will resolve this matter professionally. If a human representative contacts me, addresses my concerns fairly, and reaches a reasonable resolution, I will gladly update this review to reflect that experience.
