Unfortunate it took 3 attempts but ingrid knocked this one out of the park
My first experience with the onboarding call. The gentlemen attempted to be extremely helpful. However, I had not purchased my domain yet. Nor did I have the money for it that time. So he showed me around the platform. The best he could, but without The Domain, he was limited. My second onboarding call was a little less beneficial. The young lady just could not figure out how to do anything at all for me Because I was on my phone and not a computer But this last onboarding, call with miss Ingrid, it was top-notch, she did a phenomenonal job, she already had almost everything done before. We even got on the call. She was very thorough, with the walkthrough, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
