Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I will never order from this vendor again. I placed my order on June 15 because the wig was advertised as ready to ship with delivery in 7 business days. I paid over $250 for what was advertised as a 200% density wig. I made it very clear to Elsa Han multiple times that I needed the wig before my trip. Instead of receiving the wig within the advertised timeframe, I didn’t even receive a tracking number until five business days after placing my order, and the wig didn’t arrive until July 1 well after I needed it. Because of the delay, I had to spend more money purchasing a wig from another company for my trip. I repeatedly told Elsa Han that I no longer wanted the wig and asked for instructions on how to return it for a refund. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she repeatedly insisted that I “try the wig” while refusing to provide a return address so I could send it back for a refund. When the wig finally arrived, it was another disappointment. The density is nowhere close to the advertised 200% density, and the quality does not justify the price. I waited over two weeks for a wig that wasn’t even as described. At this point, I have disputed the charge with my bank because I paid for a product that was delivered late and was not as advertised. This company falsely advertises “ready to ship” items, fails to meet its own shipping estimates, and provides terrible customer service when there is a problem. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you need your order by a specific date. I regret spending my money with this company and will never purchase from this vendor again
