This company basically took our money…
This company basically took our money and would not refund the money. The cost advertised on the site is not the cost that is charged. Very long wait times to even speak to someone just to be told funds would not be refunded for an unauthorized charge. I never spoke to anyone on the site regarding health or medication that was prescribed so what was the extra cost for? Ended up filing dispute with the bank to try to get our money back. Never again will I use something like this. As soon as I saw it was a California company I should have known to stay away.
