Top notch customer service, Mata reached out personally to help solve my issue. She seems to genuinely care about her business and customer feedback. I ordered the titanium, flat back hearts. I put them in right away, no irritation and honestly I don't even realize they are there! Shipping: ordered June 23rd, here on July 1st. Earring size: a little smaller than I expected but still cute and dainty. Perfect for my second lobe piercing. On me, the stem is a little long but it's easy enough to push back in place - I just check them in the morning and go. Putting the earrings in: Goes pretty smooth if you follow the directions and use the included tools :-) Thanks Mata!
