PROS & CONS
PROS: customer service, delivery time CONS: frame has fallen off mirror twice. Not sure this is a good fix for small bathrooms with moist air. Still to be determined whether the fix suggested by Mirrormate will work or whether I will get a refund because they don't work. Will update in Sept.
