Good prices, poor service
Yes, pet meds pricing is hard to beat, but their customer service has gone downhill as of recently. When you call your toad that your whole time is less than 10 minutes after waiting for 30 minutes. When you leave your number to get a call back you never get a call back. When your pets prescription expires, you don’t get any notification letting you know until you try to order the medication. So all they’re pricing is hard to beat. You have to put up with other negative aspects of doing business with pet meds.
