I purchased the device for my Mom. The process to determine what model of device and features was made easier due to assistance from the sales person. The set-up of the device was simple to follow. My Mom likes the devices, it is not difficult for her to use, and now we have more comfort that she now has a way to alert if there is a medical issue. I liked also that the equipment is free.
