An entirely satisfying experience, from the initial consultation to receiving the finished product. I requested a custom fitted and modified version of a stock product. My consultant was patient and accommodating. The jacket I received was ideal, both in fitment and quality of manufacture. This is a grand coat that I have no regrets about. Thank you!
