Ordered a black leather strap for my watch. The company sent a blue one. The told me they don’t carry a blue one, even though that’s what they sent me. I told them they may want to check their supplier as I found the suppliers blue one online, which is identical to the one they sent me. Now, they would like me to pay to ship it back to them for a return. This is almost laughable how bad this is. I would expect this from temu or something, but not a company like this. Truly disappointing.
