Overall I have been very pleased with my Gozney Dome. My only regret is that I purchased the original Dome when they launched in the US and my wife won’t let me buy one of the newer upgraded models. My Dome S1 has worked great. I keep outside in the Northeast and have not had any major issues with the stone. The only problem I had was this spring when I went to in cover it and get it ready for cooking, I had issue with gas flow and igniting it. After emailing customer support they suggested some fixes and very happy to see that a simply can of compressed air blowing out the gas lines and under the stone got everything working again. Just some debris and pollen build up keeping the spark from firing up. Love the duel fuel options. Still working out my methods for pizza but love how the Dome cooks steaks on a cast iron with wood fire. So good!!
