I first noticed the payment of $105.30 to VM Media World (Olavita Liquid Solutions) made on June 29, 2026. In checking the name of the VD Media World I found out it is based in Hong Kong and I had no idea what Olivata Luquid Solutions was. The first payment was made on March 17, 2026, 2:38pm. I immediately reported it as unauthorized transactions. I instantly received a message from Olavita Customer Service offering me solutions on resolving the problem. I couldn’t accept the offer, first I don’t know what VD Media World (Olavita Liquid Solutions) was all about and Secondly, I did not receive anything from the Company after it was paid the $105.30 on March 17, 2026. Anyway, there were 2 or 3 other emails including one from Olivia, the founder of Olavita Liquid Solutions. I think that was the first time I learned that it was skincare product. But I still don’t know how VD Media World is tied up with the Olavita Liquid Solutions. The most recent message I received from Customer Service was from Mark wherein he solved the problem of the cancellation of my “subscription” and the refund of the $105.30 charges made on June 29, 2026. He also said that the shipment of Olavita product may have been shipped and I could keep it as a gift. I was truly satisfied with Mark’s prompt and thoughtfulness to solve this problem. Of course, my initial reaction was another one of those scams that I have getting quite a few recently. However, it’s still a mystery to me how Olavita Liquid Solutions is connected with VD Media World and the handling of the payment made on March 17, 2026 and the recent payment made to VD Media World of $55.30(June 30, 2026). I am also glad to learn this is not one of those “mysterious” companies that scam people.
