Poor Customer Service and No Delivery
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Funny Fuzzy. I placed my order (Order #FF23720AU) on 11 June, and over three weeks later I still have not received my order or any meaningful update on its status. Since placing my order, I have sent multiple emails and direct messages asking for an update, but every attempt has been ignored. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who are simply trying to find out where their order is is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected at least a response or an explanation. At this point, I feel completely let down by the company. The way they have handled my order and ignored my attempts to contact them is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from Funny Fuzzy unless they significantly improve their customer service and communication. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
