Don't WASTE your money
This is the company our Sear Home Warranty Plan goes through. Both are TERRIBLE! We have been without AC for over two weeks! First there isn't a technician in the area. We had to find our own. That was a chore because no one wants to work with them because they are TERRIBLE. After three visits from a local technician to get Cinch what they needed, they agreed to pay 4% of the claim. I had to pay a co-pay to Sears to find my own repair company only to get denied and we still have no AC. Word of advice, do NOT buy this plan especially if you live in a rural area. Word to Sears, STOP selling the plan if you aren't going to honor the terms OR have technicians OR have customer service! TERRIBLE. Disappointed and HOT!
