Damaged item but still a super fan
We have ordered 12+ framed prints and have typically been impressed by the quality. Our latest order came with a water damaged print- the customer service and reorder was amazing. Friendly, personal, and took care of getting out a replacement order quickly! I already loved PSTR but after this experience with customer service I’m more loyal than ever!
