Scammed second payment
Tried to sign up for a subscription on offer. As well as this, a second, higher amount was taken from my debit card. In trying to resolve this, I sent an e mail to ask for a refund on the second amount, which was returned as ‘undeliverable.’ Avoid this company. Following a response, I followed suggested guidelines…. Still not received a response. Terrible customer service!
