Absolute nightmare!
Created an account but then I couldn’t log in. They had my email as valid but wouldn’t recognize my password. I tried resetting it and I got no codes to login or change. I tried multiple times and it locked me out. I sent emails to their support and got no reply back. I deleted the account. I just saw they still took out the monthly fee from my account anyway. I’ve had no transact with them. I’ve sent more emails to their support to delete this account and still no reply. There’s no actual person to talk to for customer service and if I can’t access the account, then I can’t do a chat. If I have to dispute the charge through the bank I will, which is a major inconvenience to me. My experience was horrible! Do not recommend!
