I keep having to call customer service…
I keep having to call customer service when I have a package delivered by strightship. I have left instructions but the drivers never follow them. I get a rude costumer service person. They said they do not monitor their drivers. This company does not care about its customers. I had to call again this morning. This company needs a big overhaul or to close down for good.
