⭐ Closers.io Review
⭐ Closers.io Review — A Cautionary Experience for people wanting to work with them. I’m sharing my experience with Closers.io so other small business owners understand what they may be stepping into. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, expensive, and far from what was promised. Initial Outreach & Promises Someone from Closers.io reached out to me on LinkedIn for an interview. I still have not seen the final product. After the interview, they asked about my pricing and encouraged me to charge more. As a nutritionist offering high‑ticket programs, this sounded promising. Their sales representative, Ammar, told me confidently that I could be earning $10K per month within 3 months of joining their program. The cost was $12,000, plus additional Facebook marketing expenses. Based on this pitch, I believed I would receive hands‑on support to refine and grow my high‑ticket offer. What Actually Happened Support Is Mainly Through Messaging Once I joined, I realized the program relies heavily on videos, where you’re expected to ask watch content, and follow instructions. Most of the “support” comes from: Messaging threads Pre‑recorded content There is no real technical support, no live walkthroughs, and no hands‑on help with the complicated setup they expect you to complete. It was a frustrating experience and as I am not tech savy it took me longer to complete the process and caused more stress than I anticipated. Account Manager Helps With Pitch & Strategy You do get an account manager who helps with: High‑ticket offer strategy Pitch development Messaging and positioning My account manager, Jess Randall, was the only positive part of the experience. She was honest, supportive, and realistic about what I could expect. But outside of Jess, there is no meaningful human support. Everything else is self‑directed, tech-heavy, and delivered through videos or messaging. Unexpected Additional Costs None of the following expenses were clearly disclosed before I joined: Slack subscription (their communication channel) GoHighLevel subscription (their CRM platform) A new domain and phone number — I was told I could not use my existing business number Facebook ads, which I paid for separately and did not see meaningful results from The program quickly became far more expensive than the initial $12K investment. Lack of Accountability When I expressed my concerns, I received a generic email saying they were “looking into it.” No one ever called. No one addressed my concerns. No one took responsibility for the misleading sales promises or the lack of support. I felt duped, misled, and baited by the sales process. I was told they work with many health professionals, but I did not see evidence of that in the program structure or support. Final Thoughts If you are a small business owner considering Closers.io, please be aware: Support is not hands‑on. Most help is through messaging, and pre‑recorded content. You will be required to pay for multiple additional platforms, that they do not tell you upfront about. They seem to have affiliate relationships with these platforms. The sales promises did not match the actual experience. The only positive part of the program was my account manager, Jess, who was honest and supportive. Everything else left me feeling frustrated and misled. Buyer beware.
