I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalized Father’s Day mouse pad, but it never arrived in time for Father’s Day. I was not aware the product was being manufactured and shipped from China, which resulted in significant delays. I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund, but instead of honoring my request, I was repeatedly told the item would be remade and shipped again. It is currently still stuck in Illinois, and I still have not received it. I ultimately had to advise the company that I would dispute the charge with my credit card because my refund requests were repeatedly denied. This experience has been very frustrating, and unfortunately I will not order from Macorner again. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
