I purchased a bra that advertised great support. When I received the product it did not stand up as advertised. I want to return for a full refund, but was required to send pictures of the shipping label and product id even though they had the order number. Now instead of refunding the full $39.99 they want to give me just $12. I have been fighting with them for over 10 days to get my full refund. This is totally unacceptable since the product is not as advertised. Never purchase anything from this company!
