Poor Customer Service
Nobody answers the customer support line or calls back when you leave a voicemail. The plan pricing is confusing and doesn't tell you the difference between the plans. I'm really wishing I could return this product at this point as I haven't even been able to set it up yet. Update July 13 - still can't use my waggle. Did all of their troubleshooting steps. Still nobody answers the support line when I call. Wishing I could get all my money back. I purchased a $250 plan plus the cost of the device and I can't use any of it. What a complete waste of money. This thing is going in the garbage along with my $350+ Update July 22: They refuse to send me a refund for the device or a replacement.
