best devices yes, the process not so much
nothing about the process was bad and the issues with the lost package wasn’t dr dabber fault, but when my package(ghost2) wasn’t delivered by the expected date I emailed customer support and asked for clearance which they told me it won’t be arriving at that date, and told me “the delivery policy and Delivery dates below are an estimated time of arrival and shipments may arrive later than time expected “ so i had to wait another week and had issues with usps which aren’t dr dabber fault but i ordered a switch2 from zeevapor with discount codes and every order i have made with them has had no problems whatsoever so maybe check third party before risking it with dr dabber website. I truly believe that the ghost2 and switch2 are the best dab devices in the market, customer service and shipping issues aren’t.
