Bait and switch
Sold me a doll that looked nothing like the picture on the website. When I wanted to return it they offered to give me the full price of the doll, less a restocking fee (to cover their shipping, I am sure). If this was my mistake, then I would accept it, but the doll I received looked nothing like the one on their website.
