The order process was quick and easy…
The order process was quick and easy from Amazon. Made the order on June 7 and was delivered on the 10th. The bike itself was packaged sufficiently. Took a little bit of digging to find the manual for my specific model, the EB5 MAX. A lot of scrolling and hitting the "Load More" button on the Jasion website. The assembly was pretty much painless. I took my time with the assembly and made sure I had every thing correct. Once together took it for the first ride and the bike rode as expected no issues, other than figuring out how to turn on the headlight, user error (hehe). The other real complaint I have is with the front suspension. Unsure of how it actually works & the manual doesn't clear it up any. I know that there's an adjustment for the resistance. Understand that it's clockwise to stiffen the suspension & counter-clockwise to soften. Then a separate knob on the other side to lock the suspension in place. Unsure in the knob is supposed to lock in place for either setting or spring back as it does. The manual just says turn the lever completely. Over-all I think the bike is great a lot better than others I've seen and or ridden. Bought the EB5 Max for my daughter. Will buy this brand again for sure! Thanks Jasion!
