I sent an email on yesterday because I didn't receive my $75 Walmart gift card that I purchased from Afterpay. I tried to go through the chatbot to explain what happened and have it resend my card. I provided all my info and it kept telling me it couldn't find me in the system something was wrong. I finally sent an email and Ethan responded. He was able to locate my account account with the same order number I'd given to the bot and was able to resend my gift card with no issue. His customer service was awesome. He got my card resent to me faster than I expected. Awesome experience!
