Reviews of two separate locations
I ended up working with two different speedy cash loan locations. The initial location store number 50289. I would give five stars. The subsequent location store number 50789. I would give one star. I am OK with teaching a new person and working with new people so they have the opportunities to learn. What I am not OK with is them not learning the proper processes. I simply requested the revised loan repayment schedule, and the lady at the desk that was over the trainee refused she claims they didn’t have access for it. Which I don’t understand because I was able to get it at the other location. She kept mentioning an email that would’ve come from speedy cash and had the idea that it had a loan repayment schedule in it or something. I never got that email if it did. The only emails I ever got were confirmation emails and a thank you email. I am still seeking the current loan repayment schedule because my payments have not begun and I’d like that because that’s how I keep trying to try to pay it off early.
