quick and efficient
Ashley was very quick and precise with her response to my email request, which was sent to her on a holiday weekend. She answered the following Tuesday which is significantly quicker than i had anticipated. The request was easy to make and was resolved in a wonderful way that I was genuinely not optimistic about.
