Do not buy or use any products from Pestie. Their bug-free guarantee is a lie. I bought their product because they advertised that guarantee, but when the product didn't work and I contacted customer service for a refund, they refused to honor it. They first told me I wasn't eligible for a refund because I hadn't requested the booster treatment. I explained that I wasn't confident the boosters would work since the original product had already failed. The representative then assured me that if I tried the boosters and they still didn't work, I would receive a refund. I agreed and asked when I could expect them. That's when they changed their story again. They told me I wasn't eligible for the boosters because I had turned off my automatic renewal for the following season. I only turned off auto-renew because I wasn't comfortable leaving my card information on file for a product I had never used before. At no point during the purchase process or anywhere on their website or advertisements did they disclose that turning off auto-renew would affect the guarantee or make me ineligible for boosters. Every time I followed the instructions they gave me, they came up with another excuse not to honor the guarantee they advertise. To make matters worse, when I called back to resolve the issue, they repeatedly hung up on me, falsely claiming I was using profanity. That never happened. I recorded the calls myself, and there was no profanity used at any point. I remained calm and professional during the entire conversation while they refused to do the same. After this happened, I looked up their Better Business Bureau profile and found they have an F rating. I wish I had done that before spending my money. It explains a lot about how they handled my situation. They didn't seem to care when I told them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. They advertise a guarantee to get customers to buy their product, but when it came time to stand behind it, they found excuse after excuse not to honor it. Save yourself the money and the headache, and buy your pest control products somewhere else.
