I ordered 3 shelving units
I ordered 3 shelving units. A few days later they sent me 3 more which I did not order. I was billed 331.82 for the 3 shelves. To make a long story short, customer service is only accessed through email. For weeks upon end they gave me the run around about returning the 3 shelves. I reported them to the Consumer Protection Agency. About a month later they said they would give me the 3 shipping labels. They sent only one. I asked for the other labels with different tracking numbers and I have not heard back from this girl, Olivia. They are trying to scam me again! I’m doing a follow up to the Pa and federal CPA. Do not buy anything from this company….they will rip you off. Check the other complaints. BTW I ordered in March and it’s now July 2026
