I have shopped with Snagged & Bagged multiple times, and unfortunately this has become a pattern whenever there is an issue with an order. I received a pair of pants that are completely see-through. I contacted customer service, and they required me to submit multiple photos of the item, close-ups of the issue, the tags, and even the packing slip. After taking the time to provide everything they requested, they responded with what appeared to be a generic denial, stating that the item was not defective and that the transparency was simply "the nature of the fabric." In my opinion, the product I received was not of acceptable quality. A pair of pants that are completely sheer is not wearable for the purpose most customers would reasonably expect. Their "final sale" policy seems to be used to deny any resolution, even after customers go through an extensive claims process. If there is no intention of standing behind the products, requiring customers to submit extensive documentation before denying every claim is frustrating and wastes everyone's time. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the item and the way my claim was handled. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
