Bree was very helpful, patient and a good listener. She listens to what I was saying and understands what am trying to look for. A pleasant person talk to and I never felt any hint of frustration for all the things I asked her to do for me to get the flight I was looking for. She even reminded me, when I already forgot about my star alliance membership to ensure I get credited for mileage upon completion of this flight. I ended up referring to her my friends who are flying with mel.
