I received a defective Hex80 keyboard (top 3 rows RGB flickering). I have sent multiple emails to their customer support and submitted forms on the website with video proof (Order #ATKGR55860), but I am getting absolutely no response from support. I am within my 7-day return window. Please contact me urgently to process a replacement. upd i get money back, but from paypal
